Fudge and Peanut Butter Blizzard

Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/4 cup chocolate-syrup
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the milk, chocolate syrup, banana, and peanut butter in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish by inserting two Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in each smoothie, if desired.
