Oat Faithfull Banana and Peanut Butter Blast

3/4 cup lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups sliced bananas (3 large)
3 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Place the milk, vanilla, banana, peanut butter, oat bran, and cinnamon in a blender, blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting a cinnamon stick upright in the smoothie, if desired.
