Irish Coffee Jig

1/4 cup Irish whiskey
2 tablespoons lowfat milk
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups coffee ice cream


Place the Irish whiskey, milk, and banana in a blender, and mix on medium speed until the banana is pureed. Add the ice cream and mix just until blended. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting an Expresso Brittle Shard (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
