Creamy Caramel and Mocha Pleasure

1/2 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons coffee syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping


Place the milk, coffee syrup, honey, banana, ice cream, and caramel topping in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually
increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting an Espresso Brittle Shard (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
