2 tablespoons Baileys Original Irish Cream, or other irish cream liqueur
1 tablespoon Chambord or other raspberry liqueur
1 tablespoon amaretto, or other almond liqueur
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups vanilla ice cream

Place the Irish cream liqueur, raspberry liqueur, almond liqueur, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the ice cream and
continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting an Espresso Brittle Shard (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
