Bananas Foster

1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon dark rum
1/2 tablespoon crème de banana, or other banana liqueur
1/2 tablespoon honey
2 cups sliced bananas (2 large bananas)
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup banan lowfat frozen yogurt,


Place the milk, rum, banana liqueur, honey, banana, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into brandy balloon glasses and garnisheach with a Cinnamon Wonton Crisp (see Garnishes with a Flourish), if desired.
