Banana Boogie

1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sliced bananas (2 large bananas)
1 cup banana lowfat frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon light rum (optional)


Place the milk, honey, vanilla, banana, yogurt, and optional rum in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue to mix, gradually increasing
the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting a Pirouette cookie (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
