Sunflower Seed Oat Bran Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup oat or almond milk
1 cup raw unfiltered apple juice
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons honey or maply syrup
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 to 2 tablespoon flaxseeds or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or other flavoring
1/4 cup stewed raisins or pitted prunes (optional)
2 teaspoons spirulina (optional)
2 teaspoons bee pollen (optional)

Directions:

Place all the ingredients together in the blender container, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Add other frozen fruit, substitute another juice, add or omit nutritional ingredients as you desire.
Add carob or cocoa powder, chopped pecans or hazelnuts, carob or chocolate chips.
