2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1/4 cup raw pecans
2 tablespoons protein powder
1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon carob mint spirulina powder (optional)

Directions:

Blend together well and serve. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Add other fresh or frozen fruit as desired.
Substitute dairy or dairy-free yogurt for the soy or rice milk.
