1 cup cold water
echinacea tincture (follow directions on bottle for amount)

NOTES
Some nutritional health care professionals suggest combining goldenseal with echinacea. Check with your health care practitioner before taking any strong medicines and herbal preparations.
To make ginger juice, simply grate fresh unpeeled ginger root on a small hand grater. Place the grated pulp in your hand and squeeze. You’ll be amazed how much juice you can get this way, without the peel or the pulp!
