Persimmon Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh ripe persimmons
1 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients well and serve in a tall, chilled glass!

VARIATIONS
Use 2 cups frozen apple juice concentrate instead of the apple juice and ice.
Substitute orange juice or concentrate for the apple.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons maple syrup, if your persimmons are tart.
