Figgy Figgy Smoothie


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or soaked fig
1 fresh peaches or 2 fresh apricots, seeded, peeling optional
1 fresh apple cored and chopped, peeling optional
2 cups frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
pinch cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

VARIATIONS
Substitute or add a few soaked prunes, raisins, or dates.
Frozen white grape juice concentrate will substitute well for the apple juice.
