Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 to 3 pounds boneless pork roast
3/4 cup dried minced onion
1 (12-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
sandwich rolls

Directions:

Place roast in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Combine onion, barbecue sauce, and honey. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. When roast is done, use two forks to shred meat. Makes 4~6 servings.

Offer a variety of sandwich rolls with coleslaw on the side.
