Sweet and Sour Dressing (Oil & Vinegar)

1 cup oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup minced chives
1/4 cup minced celery
2 tablespoons minced green peppers
2 tablespoons minced watercress
2 teaspoons dry mustard (use Coleman's, if possible)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced


Combine all ingredients in a jar or cruet. Cover. Shake well before using.
