Crystal Bowl

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced fresh mixed fruits
kirsch liqueur
ice cream
sweetened whipped cream (Creme Chantilly)
melba sauce
Sugar Yarn recipe
candied cherries, tiny pieces

Directions:

Put fruit into individual crystal bowls. Pour in some kirsch. Add a ball of ice cream and top it with whipped cream. Garnish with creme chantilly in the shape of a little horn. Put a teaspoonful of melba sauce in the horn. Cover everything with a skein of sugar yarn shaped like a dome and sprinkle with tiny pieces of candied cherry.

__CREAM CHANTILLY
Whip ice-cold heavy cream until it becomes very stiff—much stiffer than regular whipped cream.
