6 salmon steaks
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted


Combine vinegar, salt, and 2 quarts water in a skillet. Bring to a boil; add the salmon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Drain the salmon and serve with the melted butter.
