Pizza Sandwich

Ingredients

small loaves French bread
olive oil
canned Italian plum tomato, drained and cut up
grated Parmesan cheese
sliced mozzarella cheese
anchovy fillet (optional)
frozen meatballs
dried oregano
thyme

Directions:

Cut loaves of bread in half lengthwise. Scoop out soft centers, leaving shells about 1/2-inch thick. Brush inside of shells with olive oil. Spread shells with tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put mozzarella and anchovies on some shells, mozzarella and slices of meatballs on others. Sprinkle with oregano, thyme and oil. Bake in hot oven (400°F) for 15 minutes.
