Dutch Oven Onion Tart

Ingredients

8 to 9 Rhodes White Texas Rolls , thawed
4 cups yellow onions (2 large onions), sliced thin
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Thaw rolls until soft and risen. Saute onions, salt and pepper in butter until clear, but not brown. Knead rolls together, then roll out into a 12-inch circle. Line clean Dutch oven with foil and place dough on the bottom. Bake for 5 minutes at 350°F. Place onions on dough. Sprinkle shredded cheese over onions. Mix eggs, milk, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour over onions and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until firm. Best served warm.
