Cook chicken breasts as desired, and slice into thin strips. Bring water and butter to boil in a saucepan; add stuffing mix and cumin. Mix and spread evenly into a greased 7x12-inch baking dish. Layer with chicken, salsa, and cheese.
Preheat oven to 325°. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and chopped jalapeño.
