Hot Chicken Dip


Serves: 5

Ingredients

2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans chunk chicken breast packed in water, well drained
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese (light is okay), softened
1 egg, beaten
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chili, including liquid
1 (16-ounce) bottle salsa
1 - 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (adjust amount to your taste)

Directions:

Combine chicken, cream cheese, beaten egg, and green chiles. Spread in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, and bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread salsa and cheese over top. Return dish to oven and bake until cheese melts. Serve with your favorite dipper. Tortilla chips are a good choice.
