1 1/2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
sliced black olives

Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening. Add milk; blend in cheese and mix lightly. Roll out on floured board, place Pastry in 9-inch pie pan, and prick with a fork. Bake at 425° for 12–15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine turkey, pineapple, nuts, celery, and onion and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add just enough sour cream mixture to the turkey mixture to moisten it. Pour turkey mixture into the pie shell; top with remaining sour cream mixture. Garnish with cheese and olives and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
