Sauté onions in butter in a 2-quart casserole on HIGH 3 minutes. Add flour, cream, wine, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and garlic powder. Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2–2 minutes.
Stir cheeses into hot mixture until melted. Add crawfish. Cover with wax paper and cook on HIGH 6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Serve as an entrée in pastry shells or as a dip with Melba rounds.
