Crab and Shrimp Hot Dish

Serves: 6

1 1/2 pounds crabmeat
1/2 pound small shrimp
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
salt and pepper to taste


Combine all and toss lightly. Place in greased casserole dish. Refrigerate covered. Bake at 350° covered for 1 hour.
