Serves: 5 Print this Recipe4 ounces cream cheese soft (1/2 of an 8-oz. container) 1 to 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate 10 pears canned halves, drained 2 tablespoons walnuts chopped Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, blue cheese, butter or margarine and orange juice until blended and fluffy (mixture will not be smooth). Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of each pear half. Place in individual serving dishes, two per serving. Sprinkle with nuts.
