Barley Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup cooked barley
1/4 cup unfiltered apple juice
1/2 cup diced apple
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
3 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a non-stick pan (use Pam) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
