Serves: 16 Print this Recipe1/2 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped 1/4 cup cooked beets, chopped 2 tablespoons snipped parsley 1 tablespoon chopped onions Mix together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, and paprika in a jar; shake well.
