1 large avocado
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard (if desired)
Peel, seed and mash large avocado. Stir in dairy sour cream, milk, lemon juice, celery salt, and mustard. Cover and refrigerate. Use within a few hours.
