Broccoli-Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups water
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
6 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed


Dissolve bouillon cubes in water in a large pot. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add milk. Cream the melted butter and flour until smooth, add to soup mixture and stir. Simmer. Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
