Preheat broiler. Combine apricot nectar, brown sugar, orange peel, ketchup, corn starch, horseradish mustard, and salt. Stir until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and hold for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Broil chicken breasts 4–5 minutes on each side. Brush often with apricot sauce during broiling and before serving. Garnish with apricot halves.
