Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

1 frying-size chicken
1/3 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
3/4 cup cornflakes crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions:

Coat chicken with combined flour and seasoning. Dip chicken in combined egg and water; coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Place in a 9x13-inch baking pan, drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, or until tender.
