Mandarin Turkey

Ingredients

2 cups turkey breast tenderloin cubed cooked
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup condensed
3/4 cup celery thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons parsley dried
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup mandarin orange segment drained
2 ounces chopped cashew nuts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 1 1/2 -quart shallow baking dish. In a large bowl, mix turkey, soup, celery, green onions, soy sauce, parsley and pepper. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

2. Gently stir in orange segments. Bake 5 minutes longer.

3. Garnish turkey mixture with nuts and celery leaves if desired.
