Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup Morningstar Farms® Breakfast Scramblers® egg substitute (thawed)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

1. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2. In another large bowl combine milk, egg substitute and oil. Add to flour mixture. Mix until smooth.

3. Coat waffle iron grids with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat waffle iron. Cook batter on warm waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
