Tunnel of Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups butter, softened
1 3/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
GLAZE:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 to 6 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except flour and nuts, then stir in flour and nuts by hand. Bake at 350°F in a greased and floured fluted tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool in pan for 2 hours. Invert on plate and drizzle with glaze. This cake gets better and better each day.
