Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
FROSTING:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk or cream
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
Chopped nuts

Directions:

Bring to boil margarine, cocoa, and water. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Pour hot mixture in flour. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into cookie sheet with edges. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Combine margarine, milk, cocoa and vanilla in sauce pan, bring to boil and add powdered sugar. Spread over warm cake and sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
