Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 (18 1/4-ounce) box dry pudding yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
2 sticks butter

Directions:

Mix all above ingredients, I use a mixer. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle a dry yellow cake mix of your choice on top. Top with nuts. Melt butter and drizzle over entire cake. Do not stir!! Put in oven at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. I also love it cold the next day. Any leftover do need to be refrigerated. Enjoy!
