Banana Split Cake

3/4 pound butter (3 sticks)
2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
4 bananas
1 (9-ounce) package Cool Whip Whipped Topping
15 red maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chocolate-syrup


CRUST: Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs (may also use cinnamon grahams). Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

FILLING: Mix and beat powdered sugar, 2 sticks of butter, eggs, and vanilla for 20 minutes (NO LESS). Spread filling over crust.

LAYER: Pineapple, bananas (cut length wise), cool whip, nuts, cherries, chocolate sauce.
