Wonton Noodle Noodle Soup


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 (32-ounce) container chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 scallion, trimmed and sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic, fresh or jarred organic
1 teaspoon minced ginger, fresh or jarred
8 frozen chicken wontons, or other asian-style dumpling
1 (3.4-ounce) package ramen noodle (discard flavor packet)

Directions:

Combine broth, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, and ginger in a large saucepan heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Add the wontons and noodles reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the wontons and noodles are tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
