Quorn Chili


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) bag frozen Quorn grounds
1 (16-ounce) can white, red, or pink kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (16-ounce) jar chunky salsa, any heat level
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 cup instant powder refried beans
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:

Combine everything in a large saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve hot.
