_ tablespoon green onions minced
_ tablespoons butter or margarine
_ 3-ounce package smoked salmon chopped
_ 1/2 cups whipped cream
___ cup lemon juice
_ tablespoons scotch whiskey
___ teaspoon white peppers
_ ounces fettuccini pasta cooked and drained
About 30 minutes before serving:
In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, sauté green onion in butter or margarine for 2 minutes. Add salmon. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in cream, lemon juice, Scotch and white pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until cream thickens slightly.
Add hot pasta to sauce, tossing to combine thoroughly. Serve immediately on heated plates.
