1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard prepared
Black pepper
8 ounces bologna minced
1/4 cup celery minced
1/4 cup sweet pickles minced
12 slices bread sandwich
At least 2 hours or up to 6 hours before serving:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Add bologna, celery and pickle; blend well.
With a sharp knife, trim crusts from bread. With a rolling pin, flatten each slice. Spread 2 tablespoons of the bologna mixture on each slice; roll as for a jelly roll. Wrap and chill at least 1 1/2 hours or until ready to serve.
Just before serving:
Cut each roll into five slices.
