This is the best Bologna Roll-Ups recipe on the web!!___ cup mayonnaise _ teaspoon mustard prepared Black pepper _ ounces bologna minced ___ cup celery minced ___ cup sweet pickles minced __ slices bread sandwich At least 2 hours or up to 6 hours before serving: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Add bologna, celery and pickle; blend well. With a sharp knife, trim crusts from bread. With a rolling pin, flatten each slice. Spread 2 tablespoons of the bologna mixture on each slice; roll as for a jelly roll. Wrap and chill at least 1 1/2 hours or until ready to serve. Just before serving: Cut each roll into five slices.
