1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish prepared
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cucumber about 5 inches long
5 radishes medium, finely chopped
2 green onions medium, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
Raw vegetables or potato chips
At least 2 1/2 hours or up to 2 days before serving:
In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and garlic salt until cream cheese is smooth.
Peel and seed cucumber; chop fine. Add cucumber, radishes, green onions and parsley to cream cheese mixture; beat at medium speed until blended. Spoon into a covered container; chill at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Serve with vegetables or chips.
