Broil chops 5 inches from heat, 7–8 minutes. Turn chops and broil another 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine juice with the honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Place one pineapple slice atop each pork chop and broil 6–7 minutes, basting frequently with honey-juice mixture. Spoon remaining juice over chops before serving.
