Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

1 pound butter, softened
2 cups peanut butter
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 - 3 pounds powdered sugar
1 pound dipping chocolate (see note)

Directions:

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla. Add sugar; form into small balls. Pour little bit of chocolate in the bottom of paper candy cup. Drop ball in while chocolate is soft. Pour more chocolate on top to rim of cup. These balls can also be dipped in chocolate using a toothpick or dipping fork.

Note:
Melt dark or milk chocolate pieces in a bouble boiler or microwave.
