1 duck (4 to 5 lbs) 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs
1 butterflied leg of lamb (2 to 3 lbs) 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
1 boneless pork loin (2 to 3 lbs) 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
1 boneless rib roast (about 3 lbs) 1 to 1 1/2 hrs
