Yogurt Parmesan Chicken

2 cups gluten free dried bread crumbs *
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Coat chicken with yogurt and roll in bread crumb mixture.

Place coated chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
