Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) box lasagna noodles or GF Noodle recipe*
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (15-ounce) can diced stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese **

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Boil pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté ground beef and onion until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat through.

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Pour about 1/2 cup of the meat/marinara sauce into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Top with layers of noodles, sauce, and then cheese mixture. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with cheese. Sprinkle parmesan over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes.

*After rolling it out, cut it into wide, long strips.
**Feel free to add more cheese then we've suggested. The amount you add is up to you. It won't ruin the recipe.
