Chicken and Rice Bake

1 cup uncooked rice
2/3 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
garlic salt


Preheat oven 375°F.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, mix uncooked rice, sour cream, water, paprika, and bouillon. Place chicken on top of the watery mixture, and sprinkle garlic salt on top of each breast.

Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.

Serve with corn and a green salad.
