_Nutty Cranberry Bread


Serves: 5

Ingredients

In addition to the contents of
the jar, you will need to add
the following ingredients:
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream the buttermilk, butter, vanilla, and eggs. Add the contents of the jar, and stir until just mixed. Do not overstir. Pour the batter into a greased 9-x-5- inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove the bread and cool completely on a wire rack. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
