Zucchini Stix Dippers

Ingredients

1/4 cup buttery cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
1 teaspoon milk
2 small zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters
1 chili sauce, spaghetti sauce, or salsa

Directions:

Combine cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Whisk egg white and milk in another shallow dish. Dip zucchini wedges first into crumb mixture, then into egg white mixture, letting excess drip back into dish. Roll again in cracker crumb mixture to coat. Place zucchini sticks on Pam-sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15–18 minutes or till golden brown. Serve with sauce of choice.
