Southwest Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients

2 pounds chili ground beef
1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped onion
3/4 cup frozen chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 cups water
1 (12-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Directions:

Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic in a large skillet until brown. Drain. Put into a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in water and tomato paste. Stir in beans, tomatoes, mustard, and seasoning. Cover and cook on low setting 8–10 hours, or high setting 4–5 hours.
